Marc Kusitor started his catering company, ChopTime Catering Co., in September 2019. As a young black chef of Haitian and Ghanaian descent with over 10 years of experience in the industry , Marc noticed a gap within the food industry for the delicious Caribbean and African flavours he was accustomed to eating at home.
